Ashley is the People and Culture Specialist at Frankel. She is a people person by passion and a culture builder by profession. Her role has a strong focus on talent acquisition, recruiting and retention, and culture initiatives for the Firm. Ashley plays a large role in the Firm’s internship program – from recruiting and onboarding to helping integrate the interns into the Firm’s culture. Ashley has an innate ability to bring people together, as well as an inclusive approach to all she does.
Before joining the Firm, Ashley honed her skills in the field of Human Resources, where she discovered her enthusiasm for unleashing the potential within individuals and fostering their personal and professional growth.
Ashley has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management with an emphasis in Marketing. She also holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Strategic Management from Bellevue University.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband John and their dog, Jovi. She is an avid Nebraska, Creighton, and Oklahoma sports fan. Ashley’s passion for empowering young women is reflected in her dedication to mentoring and coaching softball. She also spends time volunteering at her church’s coffee shop.
