Lacey is the HR Manager at Frankel. Her role oversees a wide range of critical HR functions within the company. Since joining the firm in 2021, Lacey has been at the forefront of numerous HR projects, exhibiting her expertise in benefits management, compliance, onboarding and offboarding processes, employee relations, performance management, and training and development initiatives. Additionally, she oversees the firm’s recruiting and retention strategies, ensuring that the organization attracts and retains top talent.
Before joining Frankel, Lacey spent fifteen years in healthcare operations, where she honed her skills and gained invaluable experience in a dynamic and demanding industry. She holds an Associate’s degree in Advanced Medical Assisting, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, which has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the business side of things.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Lacey finds joy in spending quality time outdoors with her family. Camping, hiking, and biking are some of her favorite activities, allowing her to unwind and connect with nature. Lacey’s commitment to work-life balance not only enriches her personal life but also translates into a well-rounded and empathetic approach to her HR role.
